Project Overview

A vanilla, full-client reconstruction of an e-commerce design studio's site: hand-authored HTML, one shared stylesheet plus one per route, and a transcribed motion layer of twenty-seven named mechanisms, each citing the function it was ported from. Six English routes plus a case study, a WebGL scene on the contact and 404 routes, a Flip-driven showreel lightbox, and labelled stubs for the thirty out-of-scope routes so no link dead-ends.

What the gates caught

A whole WebGL subsystem was missing from the first autopsy; the diff refused to score the contact route instead of returning a false 99%. The scene, its JSON and textures are now vendored and pass deep GL parity.

Twelve behaviour contracts

Ten of eleven contracts were passing vacuously because of a schema slip; once fixed they measured real behaviour and all twelve pass against the live origin.

Marlow Studio

Thirty-six Astro routes, a filterable works index and a hero film — an architecture studio rebuilt with head parity checked byte-for-byte.
