Project Overview

A Webflow-generated residential site rebuilt as plain HTML, CSS and ES modules: a preloader, Barba-style page transitions, GSAP and Lenis scroll choreography, tabs, sliders, accordions, a filter-and-sort apartment index with twenty-five detail pages, modals and a lightbox. The fluid type scale and the six reveal primitives were transcribed from the shipped source and re-implemented as a small design system.

A design contract first

Before any page was written, the palette, the single fluid-scale mechanism, the type ramp and the reveal primitives were recorded as a design contract, so every one of the thirty routes is built from the same tokens.

Behaviour as a gate

Transitions, the apartment filter, the slider and the lightbox were verified against the original with timed behaviour contracts, not by inspection — the settle time itself was measured from the target.
