WordWright: Idle Word Factory — Privacy Policy

WordWright is developed by Erkam Demirci ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app handles and why. WordWright is anonymous-first: you never need to provide your name, e-mail address, or phone number to play.

Data we collect

• Anonymous account ID. An anonymous account is created automatically at first launch so your shop can be saved to the cloud. It is not your e-mail or real name. You can optionally link it to your Apple or Google account to recover your shop on a new device.
• Gameplay content and progress. Your cloud save (shop state, Lexicon discoveries, Volume history) and your Today's Front Page scores, stored so your progress can be restored and daily rankings can be shown. An optional display name appears on leaderboards if you set one.
• Purchase history. Which in-app products you bought, used only to grant and restore your unlocks. Payment details are handled entirely by Apple / Google; we never see or store card numbers.
• Usage data (analytics). Aggregate app-interaction events (e.g. screens viewed, words printed) via Google Analytics for Firebase, used to understand how the game is played and improve it.
• Diagnostics. Crash logs and performance data (Sentry, Firebase) to keep the app stable.
• Advertising identifier. WordWright shows optional, rewarded-only video ads (Google AdMob, with Unity Ads as an additional bidding partner). On iOS, the advertising identifier is used only if you allow tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt; declining never blocks gameplay or rewards. On Android, ad partners may use the advertising ID for ad serving and measurement, subject to the consent choices shown in the app (Google UMP).

What we never collect

No contact information, no location, no contacts, no photos, no health data, no browsing history. There are no loot boxes and no forced ads.

Sharing

Data is processed by the following service providers on our behalf: Convex (cloud saves and leaderboards), RevenueCat (purchase entitlements), Google Firebase (analytics, diagnostics), Sentry (crash reporting), and ad partners Google AdMob and Unity Ads (rewarded ads only). We do not sell your data.

Security & retention

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Cloud saves and account data are retained while your account exists and are deleted when you delete your account.

Deleting your account and data

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, cloud save, and Front Page history. It can't be undone. See also our account deletion page.

Children

WordWright is not directed at children under 13. The app shows no forced ads and collects no personal contact information.
